    My chain came completely broken so I was not happy to open my package to that. Also the case does not allow you to lock your phone or turn up or down your volume so that is inconvenient

    I was in search for a strap just like this and was so happy with the product. I felt like the strap was sturdy enough for my phone and the length was great!

    The idea is great and the strap I chose is pretty with nice hardware (the hook is on a swivel so it lays nicely) but it’s not long enough. The strap needs to be about 8-12inches longer to be a comfortable crossbody. It hangs right above my waist so it won’t be comfortable to wear and will look funny.
