14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Because clear polycarbonate cases and polished hardware are susceptible to micro-scratches once handled, any items showing signs of daily wear, smudges, or stretched webbing will not be accepted for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during flash clearance events.
• Universal Adapters that have had their protective adhesive backing peeled or used.
• Gift Cards.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our Austin team at support@strapusa.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address in Austin, Texas.
3. Pack the items securely. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different iPhone size or want to swap the Onyx Black strap for the Desert Sand? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Issues

We drop-test and inspect our unibody loops rigorously. However, if your item arrives physically damaged or defective out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero cost to you.
