Do the cases come with the straps included?
No, our phone cases and interchangeable straps are sold separately. This is the magic of StrapUSA! It allows you to mix, match, and customize your look by pairing any case color with our wide variety of canvas straps and chunky chains.
Will the cardholder stretch out over time?
Our cases are crafted from premium, high-grade eco-leather designed to hold 2 to 3 cards securely. While it softens slightly with use for easier access, the reinforced snap closure ensures your cards stay perfectly safe and won’t slip out.
Can I use StrapUSA straps with other phone cases?
Yes! While our straps and chains are designed to clip perfectly onto the built-in rings of StrapUSA cases, you can easily pair them with your existing phone case by purchasing our Universal Strap Adapters (sold separately). Simply place the ultra-thin adapter insert inside any full-coverage phone case, pull the loop through the charging port, and clip on your favorite StrapUSA strap!
How do I know which exact iPhone model I have?

What is your shipping policy?
We are proudly based in Austin, Texas! We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
How do I clean my eco-leather case?
It’s super easy! Our premium eco-leather is scratch-resistant and water-friendly. Just use a soft, damp cloth with a little bit of mild soap to wipe away any dirt or stains, and let it air dry.
